my assesment only last 15 mins on the phone they only asked about my bladder incontienence and not about my disadility she the other will all be submitted but only needed to ask about bladder as i have sent informayion in and my doctor has what does that mean she never even asked about anything else and o have a long list😐️

It sounds like they have enough information to do a paper based assessment.

I'd not worry there @lucylucy as Luvpink said, it just means you provided enough information in your original application, so they felt they didn't need to ask you too many questions. 😊

If the assessor feels there is one area where an award can be made, they will focus questions on that area during the assessment.
