Osteoarthritis & cervical spinal stenosis / grants help?

Hi all, hope you’re okay xx
I have been recently diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis, nerve damage from nerve compression, osteoarthritis in neck, spine, knees and ankles. I’m 35.
My mobility is deteriorating literally by the day. I am on a host of medications, and waiting for spinal surgery. I struggle to walk at all, the pain is unreal. Sleeping in bed is now impossible, I can’t sleep flat. I’ve bought loads of support pillows specific to my needs and they don’t help. I now ‘nap’ on the sofa upright with a travel pillow around my neck. I can’t grip items anymore, it’s really annoying, so can’t do much food prep and I really struggle with washing my hair.
I have a claim for PIP, ESA and UC already, they’re all sorted.
I live in a three storey house, and the kitchen is the only room on the ground floor. Stairs kill me.
We have a garage but it is literally that, used for junk, leaky roof, meters, not somewhere I could sleep. It’s also not got direct access to the house (separate from house).
I am beginning to feel an adjustable bed is going to be essential for me going forward, as the majority of my issues aren’t going to go away. These however are very much out of my affordability range. I have looked to see if it’s possible to pay for one using my PIP, but not found any.
I do plan on getting a mobility scooter / chair with my PIP at some point as I can’t stay in forever, but want to know if there is anything that I could apply for regarding adjustable beds?
Sadly loans / credit cards are not options as credit score is down the pan; had to give up work and all associated finances went down with it.
Grateful for any advice ****

I would recommend referring yourself for a needs assessment
This includes access to a suitable bed being supplied.
