There's no loans possible from PIP itself. Whether you'll be accepted for a loan will depend on your circumstances. In a previous thread you said you have a bad credit history so this may go against you.

In a previous thread you said you're claiming Universal Credit. If this is still the case you can ask for a budgeting advance. It needs to be repaid back and if you're already paying back a budgeting advance you will need to pay that back before requesting another. There's some information here.

Have you been able to find an alternative way to store your insulin, possibly with a friend/family member/neighbour? Or for under £50 you can get mini fridges if that's more affordable in the short term.
