Can I get advance loan on pip or some other loan
There's no loans possible from PIP itself. Whether you'll be accepted for a loan will depend on your circumstances. In a previous thread you said you have a bad credit history so this may go against you.
In a previous thread you said you're claiming Universal Credit. If this is still the case you can ask for a budgeting advance. It needs to be repaid back and if you're already paying back a budgeting advance you will need to pay that back before requesting another. There's some information here.

Poppy has already linked you support for a Universal Credit budgeting advance, so instead I'll link some other support that I think could help. as I need a fridge as I’m a diabetic and I’m insulin independent and my fridge has broken I need one urgently I would appreciate if you cud help with the amount

Have you been able to find an alternative way to store your insulin, possibly with a friend/family member/neighbour? Or for under £50 you can get mini fridges if that's more affordable in the short term.
