If you go on Overpayment with Universal Credit and they are reviewing your case and let s say you need to pay them back 2300 ,after decision has been made will they reopen your claim and deduct from your money the money they owe or how does it work?

If your claim is closed, they will write to you to arrange repayment. If you ignore this they can eventually apply for an attachment of earnings to recover the overpayment.
If your UC claim is open and has an award, they usually take small amounts from it each month to recover the debt.
