Hi I think of moving home due to anti social behaviour from a neighbour, I have already sent of my ESA50 form, My question is if I moving before they announced the changes to WCA will I be reassessed under the new rules also will this trigger a PIp review , thanks

    Hi @bench, moving house shouldn't trigger a PIP review, you'd just need to tell them you've moved as they'll want to update your address on the system to make sure you're getting any letters.

    From what I understand, the WCA changes will only affect new claims from 2025. The changes shouldn't affect you if your claim is already set up.

    Are you thinking of moving out of the area, or do you think you'll stay in the same local authority?

    You mentioned WCA changes affect new claims from 2025.

    If someone has recently had a Migration Notice letter and has to switch from ESA to UC by Feb 2025, what would you recommend in this scenario?

    If I am understanding your comment correctly, if the person was to wait and switch to UC in 2025 before their migration deadline, does the fact it is done in 2025 trigger an assessment?

    If the person were to switch to UC before this year ends, can this avoid the potential hassle of an assessment?
