Hi, my name is Tim77! Received Motobility letter, but have not had results from PIP assessment yet.
Hi i have recieved a letter from the mobility scheme but i have not heard anything about my assesment yet which was 5 weeks ago and when i ring the P.I.P line it still says my payments are the same as they have been but before this i have been on standered rate of mobility so now i am confused

I get standard letters from Motobility, it just means they have our details. Regarding your assessment, was this your PIP review? Wait times after assessments for reviews can be a few months wait unfortunately.

No it was not a review as such i was already on standered rate daily living and mobility but i have some new medical problems so had to update and a new assesment had a text saying that DWP have my assesment and i dont need to do anything else but this is the first time i have ever had a letter from mobility even thou i been on PIP for a few years now

As so you put in a change of circumstances? Ok, so yes, there will be a bit of a wait and the automated line is notoriously unreliable. I'd say if you have concerns, it would be best to call the DWP on Monday to discuss with them, or wait for the award letter to appear. Hopefully they wont keep you waiting too long! 🤞
