Hi, my name is punjabi! Can they close our UC account for not telling them about a business?

i have question

I registered a company in 2022 and was closed in 2023. I have not earned any money and have not done any business. I didn’t inform UC because That time i thought i only have to inform UC if i earn any money. We have disabled child element and housing element, Can they close our whole UC account on the basis of not informing them Or only my standard rate will effect if they take any action.

If it flags to them, they may temporarily suspend your claim while they review your circumstances. If you have not earned any money from the business or worked self-employed then it should not be an issue.
