As far as I am aware there has been no exact date announcement - all we know is that it is 'imminent'.

Of course they doing it before Christmas, scrooge and Grinch comes to mind. So while they sitting there stuffing there faces and being happy, we probably be too worried to celebrate

Is it going to be on the parliament channel about it ?

So does this make it what they intend to do. Or does it have to go through parliament

I do not personally like this rhetoric. The only main policy change I've seen so far that I thought might be interesting/good is closer work of NHS/medical staff in the jobcentre. Decision makers are not health professionals and it is often peoples health that is stopping them from finding work. Whether because of the condition making job searching/working difficult to impossible or, as can often be the case, employers not willing to provide proper reasonable adjustments. There is a government bill that does make reasonable adjustments more difficult to refuse at least, but certainly a lot more can be done.
I have hope that one specific thing might improve things, but still have to wait and see what the actual proposals are.

Alan Milburn and Liz Kendall did something in Barnsley not so long ago which is possibly going to lay the foundations of this White Paper.
