Hi, my name is Carlykins! Any ideas to help my child sleep?

I have a child with autisum,ADHD and global developmental delay. She is 9 years old and we still have problems getting her to sleep every night.
we have tried everything and wondered if there was anything else we could do.
from a very worn out mum, dad and two big brothers

Hi @Carlykins
Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.
Sorry to hear you are all worn out, it's very hard when children don't sleep well and has a huge impact on the whole family.
There are lot of tips out there which you may or may not have tried. Here is the link to our Sleep Right page Sleep Right | Disability charity Scope UK. If you live in Northamptonshire or Peterborough they have a service still available to offer support. If not, there is information at the bottom of the page which you may find useful.
The Sleep Charity also have lots of advice and support for parents.
Hope you can all get some well-deserved sleep soon, keep in touch
