Winter fuel payment

Hi I would like some advice please, as myself and my partner are of a mixed age couple, he receives basic state pension,born 1955,and I receive uc and pip is there a winter fuel payment due we were entitled last year but not sure this time any help is greatly appreciated thankyou

In recent thread you said your UC has been reduced to zero for 6 months, if this is correct then you won’t be entitled to the WFP. See thread
