problem with PIP is they are chaotic so it could mean anything- hassle every few days - I always take a copy of EVERYTHING I send or get from any government agency.

They said they'll text me when they receive it . I did send in a copy of my l.W.R.C.A. report .But forgot to mention a few things off the report as I was so stressed and anxous .

I advise everyone to keep copies of any evidence they send to the DWP or the Council.
It makes life so much easier if you want a reconsideration or want to appeal.

I wrote on here some months ago about how worried I was. Similar circumstances. I had given up, couldn't pay all my bills and mental health was very low. I recieved a phone call from PIP it was the gentleman who had dealt with my claim himself. He agreed with all our issues we have with timings. He said that it's so very unfair to people like us. But he is only one person. I must say this though I was given full PIP back and 12 months backpack. He said my Dr's Letter was really good, showed he knows me very well. I said that I have to fill in forms for disability for Universal Credit. He said go into detail no matter how small and petty it seems, still include it. I've done this and they have allowed me this extra amount. I hope this has helped you and anyone else who needs it. Take Care. Netty

Thanxs for that I am just getting worried and stressed about it that's all . As mine is a change of circumstances as I use to get mobility on dla but when I changed to pip I lost it and just got the carer side .But after being diagnosed whith hip dysplasia and being found unfit for work . I thought I'd try and get the mobility side back .

Sometimes assessment reports are chosen for audit. It means they are checking the assessor did their job correctly.
If this happens it delays the report being returned and well as the decision being made. A decision can’t be made until the report is returned.
If it’s in audit there’s no timescales how long it will remain there. Once it’s completed it will be returned.
