I know I keep posting on here .But I told the assessor I go shopping whith my son and he helps me .But yet it says on the l.W.R.C.A report that I don't go shopping that a family member goes for me . But I nevar told them that I said I go shopping whith my son .So will pip think I'm lying and will they contact l.W.R.C.A im really worried now I should of read the report before the telephone assessment really .Any advice would be helpful.

Im worried if I do that I might get my money stopped .

Highly unlikely
You've not done anything wrong ; )

Contact UC and just let then know there was an error in their report and tell them that's not what you said. You wouldn't get your payments stopped(if anything it could possibly score you more points although that's irrelevant as you can'tget higher than LCWRA anyway.)
I dont think PIP and UC would actually compare everyone's assessments unless they had reasons to suspect something anyway - although I could be wrong
And if they were to, at least you got the evidence (on your UC journal) that they're the ones who made a mistake, not you lying about your condition.
I don't think you need to worry, but yeah do the whole journal thing to cover your back and to make you feel more at ease

Don't worry have you had the outcome of your pip assessment if not just say you want to correct that part and say you go shopping with son don't make yourself sick with worry I know that feeling so if was me I'd inform pip especially if your waiting for an outcome x

hi. There is every possibility they might want a new assessment as you in reality are reporting a change of circumstance. In theory I wouldn’t worry about it if your son does sometimes go shopping for you. Either way it proves you do need that support. So if there are days tgat you can’t go then your son steps in. Does your condition fluctuate.

Sorry to jump on your post but can I just ask as I'm now confused.Does pip class as a change in circumstances that needs reporting to u.c ?

No pip is nothing to do whith uc .But u have to tell uc a change of circumstances and pip .

But doesn't a change in circumstances trigger a review of benefits?
0 -
Yes it will do .

to be honest in your case I would just leave it. You haven’t done anything wrong at all. There’s nothing to correct.
