UC Review photo ID

Hi, I have been asked to upload 4 months bank statements & photo ID. The only photo ID I have is a carers card, will that be okay? If not, what can I do?

Does the request not specify which types of ID they will accept?

I would suggest uploading your carer’s card anyway. If they ask for something else, you can explain that it is the only photo ID you have. Many people do not have photo ID, and if they will not accept your carer’s card, they should inform you of what other forms of ID they will accept instead.

It just says photo ID,so I will upload carers card & see what happens.

Hi,

I have a PayPal account linked to my debit card,that I use to pay for internet purchases,but I don't use the wallet part to store any money in, never have done either. I have been asked to upload bank statements to UC review,do I need to send PayPal transactions also?

No I'd do just the bank statements for now.

As part of this check you'll have a phone interview, if they want PayPal statements they'll ask and you can send them after the call.
