Is working really worth my mental health
Hi I ve been in my job 7 years and over this period have many mental health issues have struggled since child and have a relivitly stressful and hard job ! I ve cut down hours and changed to shorter shifts and have been off sick for long periods and I'm still can't cope , I was awarded lcwra 2 years ago and try and stayed in work but it's breaking me x
Any advice would be appreciated

I’m really sorry you’re going through this @lifetough23. It’s great that you’ve already made changes like reducing your hours and getting LCWRA, but it might be worth speaking to your GP or a mental health professional about additional support. You could also explore reasonable adjustments with your employer or look into occupational health services.

Great words from @Zohaibkhann. I completely agree. Sometimes a change of environment (work, or elsewhere) makes a massive difference. I've been there myself and although daunting, it's definitely worth doing.
Wish you all the best whatever you decide to do. 💛
Holly.
