hello
I actually live in Australia, my dad lives in his own, has Parkinson’s and is 85 years old. He has no other family members to help him My dads needs an assessment for help with cleaning, self care I know things have change over the years any advice please who to get in contact please

To be clear, does your dad live in the UK? If so he can refer himself for a needs assessment. See link.
I don't know if you can do it on his behalf from over there because it may detect you're not in the UK.
If he doesn't live in the UK then unfortunately I can't advise because it's probably different over with you.
