Case manager

my claim is currently with a case manager helpline says I should hear within 4 week has anybody heard back quicker than the standard time limit it’s been 3 week tomorrow since I had my pip assessment thank you

Timescales are up to 12 weeks after the assessment report is returned. Some wait less and some longer. All you can do is wait.

they did tell me 12week from the day they received the assessment report which was 1 hr after my call ended
