Extra bedroom?
Recently migrated I have just had a todo on my journal about overnight care from someone who doesn’t live with you. No then it says what you’ve told us about your use of an extra bedroom. I don’t have an extra bedroom it’s myself, my 12yr old son and 21yr old son . 1 bedroom each they can’t share on medical grounds as my eldest has severe autism and can be violent at times. We have to make appointment at job centre if he needs to go. I’m now really worried. It was okay on esa.

You should have a 3 bedroom entitlement anyway due to your eldest son being 21.
It might be that their ages haven't been verified yet within your claim.
I know sometimes it takes a little while for then to communicate with Child Benefit so perhaps your 12yo hasn't been officially added yet.

That's probably why, at the moment the system thinks you need two bedrooms.
