Hi I put my first sick note ro uc in July 2024 I have had put sick notes in every month mu current one runs out 18th December. I had my assessment today and the last told me on the phone her report will say I will be put onto lwrca as I need so much support also I will no longer need to put forward sick notes or attend the job centre. Can someone please explain payments to me for lwrca and will I get any kind of back pay?? And when will first payment be?? I've given sick notes from July 2024 untill now dec 2024.

The person who did the assessment shouldn't have told you anything because it's not their job to do that. Only a decision maker can make that decision. Once the assessment report is written and returned to DWP from there a decision maker will look at that as well as any additional information you sent and make a decision.
Once a decision is made if you have access to a journal the decision letter will be uploaded onto there.
If found to have LCWRA there's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time. It's then paid from the 4th month after your first fit note with first payment being the end of that month. It's not paid at all during that period.
When it's paid from will depend the exact date you provided your first fit note and what date you usually receive your money each month.
You must make sure you continue to provide fit notes right up until a decision is made. Even if your fit note ends on 18th December. (if no decision has been made by then)
