Usually I ask for assessment period/payment date but I've been able to estimate these from your other posts.
LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
Assuming no gaps in Fit Notes being provided:
August/September: Partial AP, excluded from waiting period.
September/October: AP 1
October/November: AP2
November/December: AP 3
December/January: Eligible for LCWRA element.
January: First LCWRA element paid*
No money is owed in backpay.
*If you have Transitional Protection on the claim, it will reduce by the LCWRA amount.
*If you have Carers Element in your name on the claim, LCWRA will replace this as the same person cannot get both.
*If you have a partner on your claim who gets LCWRA, no money will be paid as within a couple the maximum number of LCWRA elements is 1.
