In order to help a bit more information is needed:
The date you submitted your first Fit Note
Were there any gaps in providing your Fit Notes?

12th August was my first fit note.
there have been no gaps in fit notes they have overlapped by a few days but no gaps0 -
LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
August/September: AP 1
September/October: AP 2
October/November: AP 3
November/December: Eligible for LCWRA element*
I would say it is missing from your December statement as either the decision came after your statement was generated, or there wasn't enough time beforehand.
Once the DWP process the LCWRA decision they will owe you one months LCWRA element. A letter will be added to your Journal with the amount owed (if applicable, please see notes below) and the money sent as a separate payment.
*If you have Transitional Protection on the claim, it will reduce by the LCWRA amount.
*If you have Carers Element in your name on the claim, LCWRA will replace this as the same person cannot get both.
*If you have a partner on your claim who gets LCWRA, no money will be paid as within a couple the maximum number of LCWRA elements is 1.
