It took me a while to find my feet here when I joined last year. New members' threads are easily lost on the site so the best thing to do is to keep posting and refreshing until somebody does see yours.
I for one don't recognise your user name but we do try to make everyone feel welcome. I'm sorry you didn't get the support you were hoping for the first time.
