Do I have to report new health diagnosis

Hi I get standard rate pip daily living part coz I am an amputee in my letter it says they will contact me in the year 2030 to make sure that I am getting the right amount of care I was awarded 4 years ago, since then I had a heart operation and it left me with heart failure it is not effecting my day 2 days living and I don't want to do anything that will trigger another review do I have to tell them will I get in trouble if I don't I would rather just leave it untill my review or if it gets worse I would rather say nothing unless I had to but I worried if I do tell them they will put me through another review and am worried if I don't I will be in trouble

It's entirely your choice, you won't get in trouble if you wait until your review, or it gets worse.
