morning,
hope everyone has enjoyed Christmas.
Do we expect the pip review backlogs to get better in 2025? Also, am I right in thinking that more people are having paper based reviews?

My Christmas was lovely, I hope yours was too.
We can only hope that review backlogs will decrease but it’s been this way since 2020 so I won’t hold out my hopes.
For reviews they will always try to make a decision without an assessment and even without having to send your file across to the assessment providers. I don’t know if more people are having paper based reviews because I can’t see any stats related to that. You can see them here.
