Restriction on savings if claiming benefits

See last paragraph on the link below. I have over £16K in savings and also claim Disability Living Allowance. and have done for many years.
Does DLA count as a benefit and does this rule apply to me.Thanks

    There is no savings limit for DLA.

    Are you claiming any other benefits, if so which ones exactly? Means tested benefits include housing benefit, council tax reduction, Universal Credit, Income Related ESA/JSA and Income Support.

    Pension Credit for those of state pension age and above has no capital limits. There’s a £1/week deduction for every £500 or part thereof over £10,000.
