Can you request UC50 form while waiting for an assessment

Hi everyone.

I submitted the UC50 form in September and currently waiting for a WCA. I have also been told that a decision can be made based on the form only. But I am assuming I will have a telephone or face to face WCA. It would be useful to know exactly what I wrote there.

I have requested the completed UC50 in the past,but it was after the WCA. Does anyone know if it is possible to request it before?
