hi there and welcome to the forum I would imagine that you would be able to apply for PiP because you have a mental health condition.
I would also like to welcome you to the community. I would recommend that you visit the coffee lounge for a general chat or the games den for some fun and games

You can use a benefits calculator to check entitlement to Universal Credit. It's a means tested benefit so if you live with a partner you'll need to claim as a couple and entitlement will be based on your joint circumstances. If you have capital of more than £16,000 you're excluded from claiming.

You can look at the descriptors for PIP. It's a disability benefit that isn't means tested so other income will not affect the amount you maybe entitled to. Whether there's any entitlement will depend on how your conditions affect you. It's not awarded based on any diagnosis. There's some information here.

Hi there @andy147 and welcome to the community.
Sorry to hear your hours have been reduced. As Poppy has said, it's best to check a benefits calculator to see what you're entitled to. Hopefully that'll help. 😊0
