Oh my gosh I am so nervous :-(

Everyone says oh it will be fine etc but it's obviously not them going through it. July 1st 23 I first applied so it feels so long ago and my health has deteriorated so much since pffft and breathe

Best of luck @Rosie2023 ! I will say "it'll be fine" as it will be, but it might be a bit uncomfortable during it. I've been through 3 so far and they're honestly worlds apart from the assessments. 😊

Just breathe, take your time and ask for breaks if you need them. I found having some bullet points ready for important things really helped when the anxiety took over.

I won !!!

I got enhanced for both and it was only 30 minutes tribunal. Rang back and told me. I am so happy. Dwp was there he stuttered a bit at the result but said they would be in touch. Thank you all so much x
