At the start at the bottom is a question about income.

  • is not getting any other payments or benefits.

That is not correct so I go back and change it, and in the income section it asks you:

We need to know if you receive or claim any of the following:

  • any UK benefits, for example tax credits, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Adult Disability Payment (ADP), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Child Benefit or Disability Living Allowance (DLA)

Thus we click yes go back to the review form and is

  • is not getting any other payments or benefits.

He is, so I don't understand this?

Who ever designed this form needs shot.

Hello @unsure65. Without seeing it I couldn't say for sure, but as long as you have reported your details correctly this doesn't sound like a concern.

Where it says "is not getting any other payments or benefits" this usually refers to overlapping benefits or payments that are deducted from Universal Credit, such as New Style ESA, New Style JSA, pension payments and Carer's Allowance.

PIP is not counted as income for Universal Credit.

IT ask you if your getting ESA along with PIP/DLA etc and you tick yes box and when it goes to Overview it say:

    • is not getting any other payments or benefits.

The whole form is convoluted and is badly worded. Even after you tick ESA box and the other benefits the wording is still poor, What it should say is

    • X is not getting any other payments or benefits. "EXPECT for those already disclosed"

That would have made all the difference. No wonder people are being driving up the wall.
