LCW to LCWRA

Hi all, I’m new to these discussions things but I was just wondering if someone could possibly help me. I’ve been online and looked but it isn’t showing me any information.

I’ve been on LCW for the past year and I was sent out new work capability booklet to fill in I completed that and sent it off in August I was just wondering if I’d get any Money backdated as I was handing in fit notes but was able to stop as I was on LCW, I’ve been accepted to go over to the LCWRA group but just wondered if it would be backdated from August or last year or not at all

When going from LCW to LCWRA, with a DWP initiated review then the decision backdates only to the Assessment Period in which the LCWRA is a awarded. So you will first be eligible for LCWRA element from the AP the decision was made.
