hi all

New on here today

Just a question I got told I was entitled to LCWRA in August 2024 and they backdated my money to when I first sent my sick note in

It just that they didn’t give me a date as to how long it would last

Is it 1 year

    Hi,

    LCWRA is an ongoing award. There is no official end date. It continues until you tell them your health has improved or they do a random review of the claim.

    LCWRA is an ongoing award, it doesn't have an end date like PIP.

    It will carry on until such a time as you are found fit for work.

    There will be a date within the system for reassessment but this is not reliable, one because they can re assess at any time, two because re assessments have been suspended for the majority for several years now, and as such there are significant backlogs within the system. When they resume in significant number is anyone's guess.
