Hi,
The automated payment line is not reliable anyway. It often gives the wrong information.
Option 1 then 6 should be correct though.

When I rang them only a couple of months ago option 6 for the payment information wasn’t available. If there’s any payment information to give it will be just before they add you to the queue. I agree that it’s not reliable.

Can I ask how long your PIP review was in for? I’ve not long had my first one and am also slap bang in the middle of Universal credit migration on top of a DLA claim (approved but still just sat with them) all at the same time & the stress/worry of it all means I’m barely sleeping 😓 I hope your decision has gone in your favour I’m dreading if mine hasn’t xx

I put my mandatory review in on the 23/10 and a decision ( not sure which one yet) was made on the 7/01 I put my original claim in on 20/09 hope that helps
