Hi @jone I think it's worth applying for. I've had a look at the government website, and if you're a disabled driver you may not have to pay vehicle tax so I think it's definitely worth giving it a go.
I've added a snippet of the area on the government website where it advises this. I've also added a few links to the website (below). The first provides a bit of information on eligability etc, the second tells you how to apply. I hope you get on ok! 🙂

If you click on the "disabled driver" hyperlink it leads you to the eligibility criteria.
Neither Attendance Allowance or a Blue Badge count towards the definition of being a disabled driver for free or reduced car tax purposes.

Why is it worth applying? They do not qualify for free road tax because they are claiming Attendance Allowance and this doesn't qualify them because there's no mobility part. The only benefits that qualify you are Enhanced mobility PIP or ADP and DLA high rate mobility.
