hi, I just wondered if anyone knows , I am signed off on a fit note , I was wanting to know am I allowed to request my appointment to be on the phone

Instead of in person

Or I’d that not a reasonable request?

You can request telephone appointments. Though the work coaches do not have to accept your request.
