LCWRA
Hi,
I was granted LCWRA in 2024 following 10 months off work. I decided to go back to work but I am really struggling. I have lupus. Can anyone give me advice. Will I be able to apply again if I give up my work also if I drop a day at work can I claim LCWRA to help with reduction in my wage. I already get ADA. I really regret not taking the opportunity to leave work but panicked. I have always worked.
Thanks
Linda

What elements does your latest UC statement show? Or has your UC claim been closed entirely?

Hi
I never got UC just ESA

Ah okay, you mentioned LCWRA which is paid under UC, the ESA Support Group equivalent.
So I'm now thinking you applied for New Style ESA and were put into the Support Group?
Is your claim still open or has it been closed?

Hi
I am not sure the difference between the two. I told the DWP I was going back to work so I assume it’s closed
