Cold Weather Payment

Hello,
I am getting Income Related Employment and Support Allowance. I have looked on the gov.uk website and it says my area is due a £25 Cold Weather Payment. It appeared last Monday 13th January. I haven't yet received anything. Can anyone tell me if Income Related Employment and Support Allowance is still eligible? It says online that it is but have also read you have to be in receipt of Universal Credit? Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You

IR ESA is a qualifying benefit for Cold Weather Payments.
They can take a few weeks to arrive into your bank account.

Thank You for replying. I had a thought that might be the case because most things take ages now. I used to get them pretty quickly after the cold weather.
