Energy Card Pending£150

Has anyone else had this. I have gone to the link to set the card up but it is just showing as pending so I am unable to use it.

I don't know what this is for as I don't use energy cards but when things are pending it usually means it needs a few days or will be there next day, at least that's how it works with my bank account!
