There have been many on the forum who scored zero and were awarded at Tribunal 😊

Have you had a look at where you feel points were missing?

Hi @Mazzyd, welcome to the community 😊 you can certainly appeal the decision! The first step to appealing is to send in a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) to the DWP. You can call them or send a letter detailing why you think the decision was wrong. Where you think you should have scored points and why.

You can read more about MR and the other steps of the appeal process here: Appealing a benefits decision | Disability charity Scope UK

When asked if you could plan a journey was your answer that you can drive a car or was there more to your answer that they missed?

I'll just move this over to our PIP category 🙂
