Backdated work allowance

Hi I was recently awarded lcw for my adhd on my uc claim, the work allowance was backdated 4 months from September ehich is when I first added sicknotes and declared a health change, but I did also declare a health change in April, where I said it effects my ability to work, but thought this might effect something, so I changed that to a health condition that doesn't effect my ability to work, is it worth asking to try and get it backdated to till April or would that not be possible? As i have had adhd all my life and I also I have sick notes from April if that would help,

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It will not apply from April unless you provided a fit note and continued to provide them without gaps until a decision was made.
