PIP RENEW

Hi, i have a PIP assessment tomorrow over the phone at 11.45am.

When I sent my renewal back I quickly wrote down my conditions and how it effects me and sent it back, normally I keep a copy.

HHowever I haven't and cannot remember what I said, has I put it quick, I won't lie or exaggerate has I do not need too!

But what if I say something that doesn't match what I put on the renewal form will this go against me.

Also on my last assessment the assor from Capita wouldn't listen to me regarding the distance from my home to the shop.

On our street we have a metal fence with a metal panel missing, it's how the builders left it.

Anyway the shop is literally about 30 steps from my front door through the missing panel, if you walked the longer way round it take an able person 10 minutes.

I tried to tell the last assor has I struggle to walk with chronic pain daily, fibromyalgia, I have serve Migraines which effects my eye site and bump into things.

Multilevel endplate irregularity

Loss of normal cervical lordosis

Bilateral L4/5 Lateral recess
Narrowing due to disc buldge

I can walk to the shop but it's painful with every move, I told her I go through a walk through which is next to the shop it's a stone throw from my front door I can walk slowly and back but I am worn out I wouldn't beable to do it again in the same day, I am very isolated apart from 2 friends and my parner who rings everyday to make sure I haven't forgotten to take medication and to make sure I have had something to eat.

The assor had put I can walk more than 50 has I live and the local shop is ex amout of distance from our home, she based it on the long way round.

Also, I had an MRI done after I sent my renewal back and forgot to send my MRI results report to them can I.still mention this in the phone call tomorrow.

TThank you and sorry for the essay.
