in Universal Credit (UC)

Hello everyone

I've been on uc for awhile now single over 60yrs was awarded full pip in Sept last yr just awarded full lwcra

Is the disability remium element paid automatically or do I need to apply

    There are no disability premiums payable under UC.

    The LCWRA element has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

    Now it's been awarded UC will sort out when it gets put into payment and any backpay due (not everyone is owed money).
