hello does anyone have any success stories about employment discrimination for neurodiversity and mental health? I have ADHD, anxiety and depression and complex PTSD

    I'm going through something similar at the moment, I won my first two Preliminary Hearings representing myself.

    Hey, that sounds so great, and I wish we could hear more from PIJ9911.

    I have a case management preliminary hearing on July 11th. Please would you share anything that I can use to help prepare. What do the employers usually try to do during that hearing. I'm bringing a claim for different types of discrimination!

    I'm also in need to argue a continuing act as the removal occured in September of 2022, but something has happened post-employment 2024. Thank you
