Attendance allowance

I care for my father who has Louis- body form of dementia. He gets an attendance allowance once a month and a part of that not all is deposited into my bank account towards expenses toiletries sanitary products etc So obviously when it comes into my account it's just my dad's initials and not AA as on his statement. I have recently been told to migrate to universal credit from ESA so my question is will this payment be seen as a wage and affect my payments?
