LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
What date did you report the health condition?
What date was your first Fit Note?
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated etc?
Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA, have Transitional Protection on your claim or receive Carers Element in your name?
Finally what is your UC assessment period or payment date?

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
October/November: AP 1
November/December: AP 2
December/January: AP 3
January/February: Eligible for LCWRA element.
14th February: First LCWRA element paid
If LCWRA isn't on your next statement, this means they haven't had time to process the decision and will owe you one month LCWRA element.
Money owed is calculated and paid separately. You'll know this has been done when a letter confirming the amount is added to your Journal. The money will then arrive several working days later.
