When will I receive my LCWRA Backpay?

I got this letter on the 4th, I see loads of different things saying different timeframes

    It says they owe you £832.38 and it will be paid into your bank. Usually it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank from the date payment is made.

    Hi @duncanm, first of all welcome to the community 😊 As Poppy mentions they are saying they owe you money due to your LCWRA status. It will take a few business days for the funds to be paid.
