Trips away in uk is it ok

Hi everyone ,I'm an appointee for my daughter who has ASD ,and scitophrena, she is well medicated
And as good days and bad ,she has her own bank account and gets ESA support group and pip hb
The only thing she likes is Trains and train rides she also an avid train spotter and keeps a log . Once a month with weather permitting.
We will book train tickets to different parts of the UK but only short journeys .and sometimes stay 1 night or 2 in a hotel or air B&B . She so looks forward to this .
I accompany her on these trips.
The question is she pays for them out of her pip money ,but we keep the whole trip as cheap as possible.of course. She will be migrating to UC soon ,hasn't had letter yet. If they need bank statements will they scrutinized the money she is spending on the train tickets and hotel for these trips .
As I say it's only once a month and only for 1 or 2 nights ,this is the only thing that makes her happy
Thanks

UC would only ask for bank statements if:
Upon application she has more than £6k in capital.
She is randomly selected for a review.
If that happened they do often question spending. My questions were all about household bills!
If asked you can simply say she has one hobby, the trips are connected to that hobby and she requires your assistance during the trips.

There's nothing wrong with going on a trip.
