LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in.
Depending on the dates, often the assessment period that the first Fit Note is handed in is excluded from the waiting period.
No money is paid or subsequently owed for that waiting period and often no backpay is due if the decision was made quickly enough.

I’m dumb, I still don’t get it.
My first fit note was in September, I missed October due to ill mental health, submitted another one in November, then received letter on the 19th to say I had been awarded. Received 1st payment on the 2nd of this month. So am I die any back pay? If so how do I know and when will I receive it?

No money is paid for the first three assessment periods for LCWRA. This means no backpay is owed for that period.
As you had a break in Fit Notes that will impact your waiting period.
What date in November did you provide that Fit Note?

It's better to know the exact date, but I think this is your timeline.
As you had a break in Fit Notes and have supplied them since November with no gap:
October/November: AP 1
November /December: AP 2
December/January: AP 3
January/February: Eligible for LCWRA element.
2nd February: First LCWRA element paid
No money is owed in backpay.
