New pip claim assessment report

Hi I put a new claim for pip had a telephone assessment. I requested the assessment report but don't really understand it. Where does it tell you how many points you have scored does it be on this report because I can see anything on here it just says the discussion that we had on the telephone and the evidence I sent with my claim. Sorry I'm just abit confused.

The report doesn't have the scores on it you need to look at the descriptors you can find these at PIP - table of activities, descriptors and points

Thank you Lauren29 so on my report the descriptors that have a tick in the box the points of decriptors are in the link you just sent me is that correct or am I getting it all wrong lol

Thank you Lauren29 according to that i have got 14 points on Daily living and 12 on the Mobility which is fantastic but till I don't hear anything from the DWP I'm going to be on edge and the anxiety is quite bad

Mostly they go with the report, it's rare for them to go against it but it does happen. You can also double check those recommended points by transferring the dots from the report into the PIP self test and it will add up the points for you. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/pip-test-form

Hi poppy123456, I did the pip self test, and it showed the same as what I said. Now, it is just to wait and see what the DWP say

I am not going to think about it because I start my radiotherapy next week which will be for a month which is causing me anxiety.
