HI I have a benefit query please. I'm awaiting a decision on a wca assessment. When I had a work search interview yesterday the adviser said there was no updates on my wca but she said that if awarded lcwra my case manager may calculate an overpayment that may be deducted if awarded. She also said that I'd need a different work coach but when I get upset she said she would keep me with her. Is this an indication that a decision has been made? Do work coaches know the outcome before the claimant but not be allowed to say?
