Can anyone help please with pip mandatory reconsideration letter

Today i had a text to say my pip review was complete and of course called them to be told i was no longer entitled to pip i previously had standard daily living and enhanced mobility both have stopped

I want to ask for a mandatory reconsideration but dont know how?

Can i write a letter to them and if i can where do i send it or do i use the form they are sending me if i remember from a previous one i had to do on my first claim there isnt much rooom to write anything much on there own form any help will be appreciated thanks

    I should add just before i recieved my text my partner recieved a text saying they had been awarded pip for the first time applying after a long wait

    You will need to put the request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Please do not ring to request it.

    When you filled out the form, did you treat it as a new claim and give as much relevant information as possible? Even if there were no changes to your conditions, we don't advise to just write no change without further detailed information.

    For the MR you should give a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Also include detailed information such as as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.

    When you receive the decision letter, it will have the address on there where you send the letter to. The letter can take up to 2 weeks.
