UC complain

UC - doesn't respond to anything, doesn't give an appointment, I called them in vain, they didn't make a statement for February.

    What appointment are you waiting for? For your monthly statement, what date do you usually receive your money each month? Sometimes statements aren't always produced exactly on time but mostly it's within a few days after the end of each assessment period.

    My statment came in every month 9-11. Insinde LCWRA, and child element , and housing .Lot of messages , and call. I booked appointment , but nobody answer , no statment in februrary .

    Don't worry. You will receive your money little bit later.

    Mine statement last month I'll received with almost 4 weeks delay, because DWP had problems to calculate my capital.

    My payments for 14 January and 28 January I'll received just on 10 February.
